Cancellation Policies
More than 72 hours before the start time: a full refund less a handling fee of USD 2 per person.
48 to 72 hours before the scheduled start time: A refund of 50% of the entire tour cost will be given.
Refunds are not available 48 hours before the start time.
No refund if the passenger does not arrive.

Me and my friends booked a van ticket last minute to Ninh Binh, staff is flexible and provided a fast service. This site is really convenience for us.
