* After 6,5 – 7 hours of transfer, the bus arrives at Hanoi.

Cancellation Policies
More than 72 hours before the start time: a full refund less a handling fee of USD 2 per person.
48 to 72 hours before the scheduled start time: A refund of 50% of the entire tour cost will be given.
Refunds are not available 48 hours before the start time.
No refund if the passenger does not arrive.

I booked for our 8th May trip. Our driver arrived on time, he didn’t speak English but this wasn’t an issue as we were tired and used the drive there and back to nap and we used whats app to communicate when we were ready to be picked up at our stop or to answer any questions we had. He was never more than a couple minutes away.
